The Elements by Kinleaf is located on the former Australian Fine China site in vibrant Subiaco. Subiaco is known for its entertainment, dining and shopping options, with many restaurants, cafes, boutiques, galleries and supermarkets located within walking distance. For 85 years, the Australian Fine China (AFC) Factory produced fine china and porcelain on the site of The Elements by Kinleaf. The AFC factory closed in 2006 and the area was redeveloped as the preeminent live/work/play neighbourhood in Subiaco. The area's historical significance is evident in the public art installations and character of developments in the neighbourhood.
